“Τraining of youth workers on tools and methods to support young refugees and tackle Islamophobia – Xenophobia” (28 August – 5 September, Larisa, Greece)
Main aim of the project is to train youth workers, educators and representatives of organization in basic principles, tools and methods to organize initiatives for refugees in order systematically to increase the supporting mechanisms of refugees. Also to create a solidarity network of organization that will offer their services to support young refugees. PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS
- Social/ Youth Workers of organizations / non-formal groups / networks to promote human rights and notably the refugee support
- Members from Immigrant associations or interested in involve themselves in the sector of Refugees
- Age: 18+
- Workers in the field of Youth / Teachers / Tutors / Psychologists who want to be trained and develop skills and acquire knowledge in refugee support issues
- Immigrants / refugees who wish to develop their skills and provide their services to social sector
