The aim was to examine Roma’s situation in employment and education, as well as issues of equal treatment and rights awareness in these fields, in 8 EU Member States/ PAL partner countries: Belgium, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Romania, Slovenia and Spain. The sample was taken from Roma, men & women, who identify themselves as Roma and are above 18 years old. The questionnaire is divided into three parts: personal characteristics of the respondents; current educational situation; Roma employment situation. The sample includes 455 questionnaires (target: 50 per country).
