On Saturday 4th February 2017 Consorzio Innopolis organized a training workshop for operators who work in the field of social and working inclusion of Roma people. Help and guidance in the possibilities of personal development workshop was organized in the framework of training activities provided in PAL project, with the aim of improving the skills and competences of operators, in order to provide them with practical skills and tools useful to support and facilitate the job placement of Roma youngsters.
Cultural mediators, social workers, teachers and trainers, consultants and employed at some of the most important organizations involved in Roma inclusion attended the event.
Workshop was carried out through simulation and peer-to-peer contents exchange, in order to test models and techniques of participatory planning and cooperative learning among the operators: focus groups, Goal Oriented Project PLanning methodology, individual interview and drafting a CV were some of the topics covered.
